*Exchange Policy

. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the same date of delivery

. Customers can request an exchange within 7 days if they receive a damaged product, defective, or incorrect products.

. The products must be unused and in its original condition

EXCHANGE REQUIRMENTS: To be eligible for an exchange the following must be provided:

  1. Price Tags must be intact
  2. Product images(If requested for verification)
  3. Proper bill/invoice
  4. All original packaging and accessories

       If any of these are missing, the exchange request will be rejected.

2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of order delivery

If the return request is made within 7 days and approved , a refund will be processed.

AFTER 7 DAYS:

  1. No return/refund will be accepted after 7-days
  2. Only Exchange will be available(Subject to stock availability

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

  1. Products must not be used , washed , or damaged by the customer
  2. Any request without proof(bills, tags , etc) will not be considered
  3. Refunds will be processed through original payment method
