. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the same date of delivery
. Customers can request an exchange within 7 days if they receive a damaged product, defective, or incorrect products.

EXCHANGE REQUIRMENTS: To be eligible for an exchange the following must be provided:
- Price Tags must be intact
- Product images(If requested for verification)
- Proper bill/invoice
- All original packaging and accessories
If any of these are missing, the exchange request will be rejected.
2. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of order delivery
If the return request is made within 7 days and approved , a refund will be processed.
AFTER 7 DAYS:
- No return/refund will be accepted after 7-days
- Only Exchange will be available(Subject to stock availability
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:
- Products must not be used , washed , or damaged by the customer
- Any request without proof(bills, tags , etc) will not be considered
- Refunds will be processed through original payment method
